A delivery pizzeria with a measurable promise: 29 minutes or the pizza is free. The brand was built around that number.
“Pronto” means fast — and the business wanted to franchise. That asks two things of a brand: a promise any location can keep, and a visual system any franchisee can apply without breaking it.

The mark is pizza slices arranged as a play button: your order is running. Green and red say “Italy” without drawing a flag. Everything flat, everything reproducible on a kraft box in a single ink.

The number became a mantra: pride, advantage and — above all — responsibility. If the courier is late, the pizza is free. A promise like that beats any slogan, because you can check it with a clock.

For the franchise we designed the full kit: signage, boxes, cups, uniforms — even a toy racer given away with big orders. The small details are the ones people photograph.
